As in-house counsel, Justin led negotiation, documentation, and closing of agented cash flow term loans and the firm's participation in club deals and first lien and second lien syndicated credit facilities across a diverse range of industries.  He also advised on restructurings, supervised control and non-control M&A transactions and equity investments, handled corporate work for the firm's portfolio companies, and reviewed and negotiated assorted vendor agreements, licensing agreements, and other business contracts.

As outside counsel, Justin represented agent banks, lenders, private equity sponsors, portfolio companies, and other corporate borrowers in a broad range of financing transactions, including syndicated and single-lender secured and unsecured credit facilities, leveraged buy-out and management buy-out acquisition financings, revolving credit facilities, asset-based loans, cash flow term loans, first lien and second lien financings, mezzanine loans, subordinated loans, domestic and cross-border transactions, single currency and multi-currency transactions, refinancings, workouts, and restructurings.
